Refund Policy for Creative Outlet

Thank you for shopping with Creative Outlet! We take great pride in our high-quality car stickers, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to assist you.

1. Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The car sticker must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable).
  • For custom or personalized stickers, we do not offer refunds unless there is an error on our part (e.g., misspelled text, wrong design).

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Email us at kmvancannon@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request.”
  • Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund.
  • If applicable, provide photos of the car sticker in its original condition.

3. Refund Process

Once your refund request is received, we will review the information provided. If your request meets the eligibility requirements, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Custom or personalized car stickers (unless there is a mistake on our part)
  • Car stickers that have been applied, used, or damaged after receipt
  • Gift cards or certificates
  • Sale or clearance items

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a car sticker for a different design, size, or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item. The returned sticker must be in its original, unused condition.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at kmvancannon@gmail.com. We will provide instructions for returning the item and offer a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval, please check with your bank or credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting. If you still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at refunds@creativeoutlet.com.
